Catherine is the senior lead responsible for FCDO and all of our contracts in the Government sector. A successful member of the ISS UK & Ireland Senior Leadership Team, Catherine has extensive knowledge and experience having transferred into ISS in 2006 and with over 30 years in the FM industry.

How Catherine will be involved in the FCDO Contract

The new partnership with FCDO is hugely exciting for Catherine, she’s delighted to be bringing a passion for delivering services in the ISS Way to achieve outstanding customer experience. Catherine will be joining some of the Town Hall sessions and you may see her out on site.

Chris joined ISS in in 2017 from Interserve as a Key Account Manager and has since successfully managed a number of Key Accounts for ISS, progressing through to Key Account Director and now Key Account Portfolio Director within the Government Sector looking after a number of Key Accounts.

How Chris will be involved in the FCDO Contract

Chris has overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the mobilisation and beyond. His focus is on ensuring a safe and compliant operation, managed by an engaged and happy team so Chris will be working closely with everyone to make that happen! What Chris is most excited about in the new partnership with FCDO

‘FM is all about the people and working in partnership with everyone involved is key to a successful mobilisation and setting up the future contract for success. We have established a strong, positive working relationship with FCDO so far and we're looking forward to building on that, especially when the new team joins ISS on 1 May. We have an exciting journey ahead!

Enda has led many complex and high-value project programmes for customers such as office refurbishments and refurbishments, asset replacement programmes for fabric and M&E across national estates, renewable energy installations, office dilapidations, and property rationalisation.

Where you might see Enda: With responsibility for the mobilisation of the Projects element of this contract with FCDO,  Enda will be working closely with FCDO stakeholders and new transferring to ISS from the Project and Billable works community. He will be visiting various FCDO sites over the coming months and presenting at some of the Town Hall sessions.

What Enda's most excited about in the new contract with FCDO

Sylvain has worked within the ISS Catering team for 16 years, specialising in the set up and mobilisation of restaurants and food offerings for new customers and contracts. Prior to joining ISS, Sylvain had various operational roles within the B&I sector so has extensive knowledge in delivering exceptional food experience in the workplace.

Where you might see Sylvain: Sylvain will be visiting FCDO sites over the coming weeks as we get to know the operations. He will also be meeting and getting to know the colleagues transferring to ISS who are involved in Catering Services - you may see Sylvain at some of the Town Hall sessions and 121 discussions that we'll be arranging

What Sylvain's most excited about in the new contract with FCDO

'We’re looking forward to delivering great customer-centric food offering at FCDO from 1 May so I’m excited to meet the team transferring and working together ensure we make a splash in the new partnership.'

With a passion for people, Carly is our People and Culture lead with areas of expertise which includes leadership, development and talent. With a background that is entirely focused on people, her core focus during the mobilisation is the colleagues joining ISS.

Where you might see Carly: Carly will be overseeing the welcome of colleagues into ISS so will be at each of the Town Hall Sessions over the coming weeks, as well as leading the 121 schedules so that we can meet everyone transferring. She will also be working to set up learning and development, inductions and the management of talent joining ISS.

What Carly's most excited about in the new contract with FCDO

Jon became part of ISS in 2023 and has played a key role in supporting numerous contracts and managing colleague transfers. He has lots of experience of making the journey as seamlessly as possible for new colleagues joining and has recently worked on contracts including Boots and the North London Mental Health Trust.

Where you might see Jon: With extensive expertise in 'TUPE' - the process of transferring employees to a new organisation, Jon will be at the Town Hall meetings and 121 sessions to make sure every individual joining ISS feels informed and supported. He will also lead consultations with the unions and employee representatives throughout the transition. My priority is making sure everyone transferring to ISS understands the process and feels confident about the changes to their contract. Once the transition is complete, we’re excited to build strong connections with our new colleagues and give them a warm welcome into the ISS family.
